Tass and Marina from Carnegie had a Full Building Biology audit carried out on their home. They were concerned about the “energy” in the home and the fact that Marina was electrically sensitive. ecolibria carried out geomancy, Air Quality and Electrobiology ( electromagnetic fields ) consults.

Geomancy

Raphael from ecolibria dowsed for geopathic stress and place memory. “Generally the home had a good energy. However,a geological fault line ran directly under the bed and there was quitea bit of place memory that needed to be remedied. The Yin, Yang and Balance points of the site were all in appropriate areas of the house after the remedying had taken place.”

Air Quality

Many of the personal care products in the house were natural and organic. However,many of the cleaning agents were commercial chemically intensiveproducts. Cheaper and healthier alternatives were discussed anddetailed in the report given to Tass and Marina. Ecolibria also demonstrated healthier methods of cleaning the home and supplied complimentary micro-fibre cloths.Theheating system was also a source of air pollution and was addressed.Advice on Water Filters that best suited the budget, were alsodiscussed.

Electrobiology

Digital readings ofelectromagnetic fields were taken in every area of the house. A highmagnetic field at floor level in the yoga practice room was discovered. Yogais practiced at floor level and it was not possible to access thesource of the field beneath the house due to the expense and the factthat the house was being rented.The ideal alternative Yoga practice area was highlighted by ecolibria.The dishwasher power console gave rise to a very high elctromagnetic field (even when not in use).

• The work area above the dishwasher was regularly used and so changes in the food preparation areas were implemented in order to avoid any exposure.
• The clock radio, mobile phone charger and home office equipment were all relocated.
• The electric and static fields generated from the computer and car, were specifically remedied due to Marina’s sensitivity in these two areas.
