At ecolibria we are both passionate and experienced in creating healthy and green buildings. As Building Biologists we regard a building as your third skin (clothes being your second skin) and as such we believe that it must be able to breathe.

We offer solutions for small residential home renovations, new homes and offices. We can work with your architect and / or builder to ensure that the building is not just green but that a healthy and supportive environment is created. This is done by considering the site, building materials, building design,  ventilation, lighting, colours, furnishings, electromagnetic fields, water quality, air quality and the personal requirements of the owners.

Good indoor air quality is critical to the health, vitality and productivity of everyone living or working in the building and the materials and finishes that are selected play a vital role in determining air quality. 

Professional advice is offered to minimise exposure to electromagneic fields and optimise the quality of drinking water. 

We specialise in natural and sustainable building design, materials and finishes. It can be difficult to detrmine what materials and finishes are truly eco friendly and non toxic. This is where we can help to create an indoor space that supports your well being as well as that of the planet as a whole. 

We can play a minor roll in a project where advice is offered on all aspects of green and healthy design and materials or we can play a major roll by project managing some or all aspects of the work.
