More About Building Biology
ecolibria is based on Building Biology principles that consider

    * Water Quality and Water Filters
    * Indoor Air Quality
    * Mould and Moisture Problems
    * building materials
    * building design
    * electromagnetic fields ( EMF ) / electromagnetic radiation ( EMR )
    * geomancy

Every day exposure to toxic chemicals in our food, cosmetics, cleaning agents, pest controls and furnishings are also considered.

Most of us don’t realise how much our indoor environment affects our health and well-being and many of the reasons for ill health today are brought about by something in our environment that has suppressed our immunity and made us susceptible to illness.

The water, paint, carpets, dust mites, mould, cleaning products, pest sprays, electrical gadgets and appliances are all contributing to the toxic load that our bodies are forced to deal with every day.

Our bodies do an exceptional job, considering the amount of toxins to which they are exposed in our every day lives, however, every one of us has a different capacity to cope with these pollutants.

This means that some people can deal with a greater exposure to toxins than others. Mild symptoms may develop into more serious problems over time. This is especially the case if the source of the toxins is not removed.

ecolibria is dedicated to what we call the PRECAUTIONARY PRINCIPLE. This means that we will always try to completely remove or minimise any exposure that may potentially be toxic.

It is very difficult to determine long-term effects of the huge combination of chemicals we expose ourselves to unknowingly every day.

By removing or minimising our exposures, we know our bodies have fewer toxins to deal with and we can have the energy we need to do all the things in life that we wish to.

By changing some of your habits and forming new ones, you can become healthier and help restore the balance between ourselves and the natural environment.
